Service Evaluation: Before purchasing an annual plan, we invite you to take advantage of our free 15-minute technical diagnostic. This allows our experts to evaluate your network infrastructure and confirm that our maintenance packages meet your specific technical needs.
Service Delivery: Once your order is processed, our technical team will reach out via email to schedule your first optimization session. Please note that full service delivery requires remote access to your local network or devices for configuration purposes.
Refund Eligibility: For our annual maintenance plans (including the $59.00 Standard Plan), requests for refunds must be submitted within 7 days of the initial purchase.
Non-Refundable Cases: Service fees are non-refundable once a full technical intervention has been completed or if the issue is caused by third-party hardware failure (ISP outages, broken routers) that remains beyond our technical control.
Plan Flexibility: For subscriptions lasting over 3 months, we offer the flexibility of transferring your support credits to a different device or household location if you move.
Technical Support: If you encounter any setup issues or have technical queries regarding your network optimization, our support team is available 24/7 to assist you.
